We want all of our customers to be completely happy with their Guru Pet Food. However, we understand that from time to time you may have a reason for returning a product to us (hello to the fussy eaters out there!). So, if you or your dog are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
In order to return your goods, please email us to confirm the reason at email@example.com
You can then send the product back to us (within 14 days of our acknowledgement) and select a ‘signed for’ method of delivery.

Unfortunately, Guru can not be responsible for the postage costs associated with a return.
We will happily give you a refund for the price you paid to us, however we can’t refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the order.
Important: We can only refund your money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and no later than 14 days following the day we receive your returned product.
