Guru Dog Food Returns Policy

We want all of our customers to be completely happy with their Guru Pet Food. However, we understand that from time to time you may have a reason for returning a product to us.

So, if you or your dog are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

 

Returns Procedure

In order to return your goods, please email us to confirm the reason at [email protected]

You can then send the product back to us (within 7 days of our acknowledgement) and select a ‘signed for’ method of delivery.

Unfortunately, Guru can not be responsible for the postage costs associated with a return.

 

Refunds

We will happily give you a refund for the price of your goods.

Important: We can only refund your money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and no later than 5 days following the day we receive your returned product.
